Life CoS ("we", "our", "us") operates the planxero.com website and application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: Email address and password when you create an account.
Financial Data: Spending and income you record yourself, including amounts, merchants, dates, and categories. Life CoS does not connect to bank accounts.
Health & Wellness Data: Information you voluntarily enter including meals, workouts, sleep logs, body measurements, and supplement tracking.
Usage Data: How you interact with the application to improve our service.
Cookies and Visit Counts: Life CoS sets two cookies of its own. lc_browser_id is a random ID that lasts one year; lc_session_id is a random ID that lasts 30 minutes. When you visit, we record the visit with these IDs, the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM source, medium, and campaign), whether you came from another site, and whether you're on a phone or a computer. If you're signed in, the visit is linked to your account. We use this only to count visits, signups, and return visits, and only those totals leave Life CoS. We don't store your IP address with it, we don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we don't sell this data. Separate sign-in cookies keep you logged in. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser and Life CoS still works.
Supabase: Our data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
AI Processing: Premium features may process your data through AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to provide insights. Data sent to AI providers is not used to train their models.
